Dr. Hecht is an epidemiologist and adjunct professor at the University of Miami and Florida Atlantic University where he teaches Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Dr. Hecht’s main research interests are in the fields of Chronic Disease Epidemiology, and Pharmacoepidemiology. He has expertise in Meta-analysis and the analysis of Complex Survey Data. He received his MD from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and his Masters in Public Health and doctorate in Epidemiology from the University of Miami.
Deana Ware
Biostatistician
Deanna Ware obtained a Master of Public Health, with specializations in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from The Ohio State University in 2011. With 10 years of experience as a Biostatistician, she has extensive experience in a variety of statistical research methods and data analytics. Her research includes nutrition, infectious diseases and health disparities.
